question... I have a '95 Integra GS-R that has been parked out on the sidewalk for well over a year because I did not have the title to the car yet. I finally got the title from my friend (exchange student that moved back to Asia)... what things do I need to do to get it running again?

there is a drain plug for the fuel tank as well.

drain that (CAREFULLY) it may still burn.

get that old varnished up fuel out.
then new fuel and 1 of those cans of fuels cleaner.

also expect a fuel filter soon.

if the batt was dead when it was freezing out side it may be batt time.
