I recently purchased a used 96 Integra SE. When I turn on my car, the daylight lights turn on. It's pretty dim, and I think that's normal.Towards the evening, when I turn on my regular lights, I only see my parking lights turn on. My headlights remain the same brightness. Is this normal?
