about a month ago i bought a '90 integra gs and it looked to be in good condition mechanically..within two weeks the transmission will not shift out of second when it is not up to running temperature..also with this car i have a serious electrical problem since i was blowing my fuse for tailights and dash lights everyday and now i have no radio power.i bought a 91 integra yesterday that is a 5 speed with a lot of money invested into it.the guy says the engine is seized but i still see oil when i pull the stick
