A few weeks ago, I was taking my car for a quicky auto wash that included undercarriage cleaning.

Ever since I went through that car wash there has been a lot of suspension noise coming from the front right side of the car.

I've had a lube job done on the car and the noise is still there.

Has anyone had/heard of this happening on Acuras before?

If so, does anyone know of a fix?

Yup i did it to my truck.

washed the suspension nice and good i did

Washed the lub right out of a ball joint that was weak.

Relubing was to late it was damaged and noise

It had to be replaced :(

I would have the joint checked for wear at a alighnment shop for most
Acura ball joints are NOT relubable and if a boot is torn...replace it
ASAP!!!

LOL maybe its just squeaky clean :)

You haven't said what model your car is.

My Legend makes a poping noise that can be felt in the floor. When the under carraige is very wet or very dry, the noise goes away. It only pops when starting from a stop. All the ball joints are good according to the tire shop I had do acheck and align (alignment was fine). I think it is an engine mount and yours might be too.

True True motor mounts can cause the problem may also wish to look into
the crossmember mount bolts, also upper shock bushings make a ton of
noise when bad, as well as antisway bar end links.

ALSO if the car has ever been in a accedent you may have loose sheet metal...eep lets hope not.

I drive a '95 GS Sedan.

When I have my 180k service done I plan to have them replace the bushings and shocks and such. I figured since it'll be in the shop anyway why not get everything done. Also, the motor and trans mounts will be replaced, if needed.

I'll make sure to have them check for loose sheet metal just in case, but I do not believe that is the problem, since it's never been in an accident.

Thanks for the suggestions.
