with the car running, unplug your idle air control valve. did it change the way the engine is idling? if not the IACV is bad. If it runs different then you have a leak in your intake system. the most likely culprit is the gasket that connects your throttle body to the engine. with the IACV plugged back in and the car still running spray a little FLAMABLE brake cleaner or starter fluid around your throttle body checking diffrent spots with little squirts. when the engine revs up a little, you've found the leak.
