I own a 1990 Integra, and I have to replace my starter. Is it easy to do it myself or should I waste the money and have shop do it for me?

Have you read through the replacement procedures in the shop manual? Are you mechanically inclined? Do you have a good set of tools? Generally the Japanise manufactures are very good at building easily serviced cars. However, the exact steps to take are often not obvious; mistakes can be made that can be costly to repair, more so than having an experianced professional perform the task.
