on the rear struts of a 90 integra how do you get the locking bolts off?lol

well i got the top off and then started working on the bottom and theflange bolt between the bottom of the shock is wedged in there because there is so much pressure on the bolt since i do not have the springs compressed..i am having trouble getting hold of a spring compressor that will fit in between the springs..any ideas?
