QTR MTD and LID MTD?

Hi I'm trying to buy a tail light for my car but the website I found lists 2 tail lights for sell one that says "tail light driver side QTR MTD" and "tail light driver side LID QTR" can someone PLEASE tell me the difference between the two ASAP???
