MP3/WMA/DVD-A/DTS - 2007 TL
When I'm recording a CD I prefer to use WMA because it's more robust than .mp3. I'd rather have more quality than quantity, ya dig...
but the highest quality .wma format, which is lossless AND supports 5.1 surround sound, doesn't seem to be read by the system. I can get the mid-grade .wma to play, which sounds decent, but isn't surround sound.
I'm using media player 9 to copy and burn the files, FYI. Have any other audiophiles had any experience with this? Also, any experience with burning DVD-A cd's and retaining the 5.1 quality? Edited by: samfile01
