Kinda new to Acura need some vital info?????
 

Hello I'm kinda new to Acura/Honda and their motors and setups. I just recently purchased a 03CL3.2 not the type S. I've been a Hyundai tech for 7+yrs, I know a lil bit bout honda and their performance but not as much as Hyundai. Need some insite and research so I start building my CL

What I need to know is, what is the major difference in the 2 motors?
I've been told that the only thing that is different is the heads and the internals of the heads. If this is so then What would be the more logical step: 1. find a typeS motor and ECU and drop in. or 2. Go ahead with basic mods (CAI, Headers, catback, etc)

My Idea that I have is to just make it a 13-12sec car, but keep it simple.

I'm open to all suggestions and comments.
