I recently bought a 2007 Acura CSX from a used dealership which only came with one key. I'd like to get a spare key but it costs $400 for remote one and $130 for the basic key from Acura (cut and programmed).

Someone offered to sell me their extra key for $40 but it's not for a CSX (I believe it's TSX) - see pic below. Anyone know if this key would work once I get re-cut and programmed from Acura? I've asked Acura and I'm getting mixed answers. Or should I just buy the basic one? Thanks in advanced!
