My 95 Legend with the 3.2 liter engine gets 23 to 24 mpg on long trips when cruisingat 70 to 75 mph. At lower speeds of 60 to 65 it will push 26 to 28 mpg. In city driving the fuel economy plunges to 19 to 20 MPG.

I will leave this to you to do the English to Metric conversion.

I keep a record of miles driven and gallons consumed; do you?

If you have an intermittently faulty O2 sensor it (say it only goes bad when it's REALLY hot and expands) your ECU will run the engine rich. Although anything over 20% will cause an error code after three driving cycles. The 3.2 is a V6 i think, so it mayhave two O2 sensors. A throttle position sensor(TPS) could also be the culpritas it will cause agood drop with lots of stop and go driving. If you've never repaced your O2 sensors, might as well after 10 years, shouldn't cost to much. Should be the only time for the rest of the cars life. The TPS is expensive so prob.don't replace it unless the ECU tells you to. Have you had the car scanned?Hopefully you ECU will give off a code soon. Good luck!
