97 integra GSR O2 Sensors

Angry 97 integra GSR O2 Sensors

Hi, i have a 97 acura integra gsr and both o2 sensors need to be changed, can someone please tell me where these 2 sensors maybe located. The dealer wants $450.00 to change, they say it would take them 2 to 3 hours to change. and i that i need to make appointment 1 week before im ready.

Default I do not know exactly for your car, but....

the o2 sensors are typically set up with one before and one after the catalytic converter. The first one may be on the header or collector somewhere. The second one is usually fairly close to just past the converter.

BTW, they are fairly generic parts. You can pick them up at NAPA and change them yourself. It helps to have the special slotted socket to allow the wiring leads to pass through the socket.
