95 legend water pump/timing belt

hey all - New to the site....I have a 95 Acura Legend 2 dr coupe 6 sp. It currently has 170K and needs a new water pump and timing belt. I'm in Hartford County, CT. I'm looking for any recommended service centers that won't put me in debt. Trusted reliable service for a decent price. I've gotten 3 quotes rangeing from 750+tax, to 1335.00!!! Are they crazy!?!? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. - Mel

750-850 would be within the expected range.
that water pump is a nightmare.
can seals suck to install.
and the front crank seal is a pain.
keep in mind the front motor mount has to be removed as well. so the job is very labor intensive. in fact this is the second hardest timing belt job acura has. first being the first gen NSX.
