2005 tl

I was driving today and noticed on the screen a message came up asking me to check my fuel cap lid. I pulled over and did, everything was secured and the message was still on the screen. Thanks for any help

Did you spin it around 5 or 6 times with the motor shut off?
If not do it that way, it usually takes a couple of days to turn itself off..
