one of the lights appear to have some type of film or something on it--this is 01 3.2 cl w/ those really bright lights- is it possible to remove the plastic part and clean it or is it sealed? has anyone located any products or website that can assist in purchasing products for this and if you get someone to do it whats a reasonable rate for this?
