2000 TL Fuel not delivering????

I recently purchased a used TL with 155k miles on it.
Mechanically it runs like a top except it seems the fuel is not delivering when accelerating past 60 MPH.

Since this car DOES NOT have the fuel filter obviously cannot replace this.

So, I put in a full bottle of seafoam with half a tank of gas and have used up the half tank of gas.
Seems to have gotten better, but still feels like it is thirsting for more fuel when accelerating past 60 with the pedal all the way down.

I am suspecting it may be the fuel injectors and do not know how to trouble shoot a faulty one or to clean the injectors out besides from the seafoam in the gas tank.

Any thoughts or direct link to this slight dilemma would make my day. I'm all ears, so please don't hesitate to comment on any solutions in a systematic fashion now that I've done the SeaFoam stint.

OK so I read on another forum that the 2000 TL changed the fuel filter setup.

One had mentioned there is none.
Another said there are 2 and 1 is in the rear trunk inside the gas tank
the other in the engine by the driver side firewall.

Checked both and couldn't find it. I took off the cover in the rear trunk, but didn't see a fuel hose. Looked like 3 electrical cables connected to some cap.

Anyone ever removed this cap and if there is IN FACT a fuel filter?
If so, what type is needed? I checked a car autoparts online and saw 50 different filters for this car.

Do I need to go to Acura to get this done? Dunno, but a clerk at a Strauss Auto told me it's a dealer installation only.

Gas and gas pains can strike at the worst possible moment — during an important meeting or on a crowded elevator. And although passing intestinal gas (flatus) usually isn't serious, it can be embarrassing.

Anything that causes intestinal gas or is associated with constipation or diarrhea can lead to gas pains. These pains generally occur when gas builds up in your intestines, and you're not able to expel it. On average, most people pass gas at least 10 times a day.

The good news is that although you can't stop gas and gas pains, a few simple measures can help reduce the amount of gas you produce and relieve your discomfort and embarrassment.
