</>I just bought Chilton coupes and sedans repair manual, they do not have a CL specific repair manual. Does anyone have any experience with these manuals? One revirever on amazon complained that it was not specific enough for his car (TL).

Any suggestions on which manual to use?

Thanks in advance! Edited by: dv0101

I feel your pain. I had allways used Haines manuals. Everyone I talked to said the Chiltons were better so on my recent civic purchase I bought the Chiltons. Wow, talk about non-specific info. Look up removal of stereo and step one says "remove stereo". gee, thanks. I would recommend haines for it's step by step instructions and photos. As far as the engine goes, I belive that Honda/Acura uses the Helms repair manuals. Are you having a problem with your CL? what year and engine does your car have?

yes both suck IMO

go to the dealer and spend 100.00 on a set of dealer service repair manuals.

they may direct you to helm inc.

there worth there weight in gold. the info in there is complete and very accurate.

and when you go to sell the car most buyers will see that book and appreciate your dedication to its maintence...aka will pay you more for the car.
