3.2 CL Wheel Studs

I need to change front wheel studs on my 2003 3.2CL-S. Can the studs be changed without removing the spindle from the vehicle and the hub from the spindle? Is there a way, other cthan using a hydraulic press, to seperate the hub from the spindle?
