Nobody has posted here yet so I will. I just got my car not even a week ago so I have none of this done but it will be done. I will post it when it is. I have a good pro stereo installer for over 10 years and he does everything perfect. You know. Like every good guy does. Im going simple. Stock stereo with navigation. Installing a DVD player somewhere in the car, dont know where yet. Adapter turning the navi screen into TV when needed and a monitor behind each seat for the kid. I have a choice of 1 or 2 JL 10s or 12s. Really thinking 1 10 is going to do it. The stock sub sounds decent so a JL 10 in a good enclosure will be great Im sure. or 2 or 1 12. Im 35 now. Im not bumpin anywhere. hahaha. I think basically that is it unless I feel the need for a little more mid and hi with a new sub.

 

i have an 08 TL with the factory head unit and four corners. in the trunk the wife and i have a 760w pioneer amp and a pioneer 12".

 

Well talking to my guy now it looks like I will keep stock head unit, maybe replace the 4 corners with a higher quality more power efficient choice and 1 JL 10w3 and JL500-1 amp I already have. Nice it will be cheap since I got it all already. Then a DVD player for the kid in the back seat. Not sure if I will use the navi screen as a tv also.

 

i think the navi screen has that option built in and all you would have to do is hook up the RCA's to it to watch whatever. dont quate me on it but im pretty sure that is all that you would have to do. the wife wont let me take her stock HU out to find out for sure plus im a little affraid of pulling stuff out since everything is such a tight fit and i dont want to void the warrenty because its an 08
