Please tell me how to start my legend while the ignition and steering column are locked. The key goes in but won't turn. NONE of the posts about key and steering wheel jiggling have worked. I have the panel off, I just need to know what to do next. I need to start it to take it to the scrap yard!

Get lock puller and pull lock from colum..you can rent one from an Advance or Auto Zone store..
