I have acura tl 2006 base model. My steering wheel is very hard to turn only when trying to park or get out of a parking space. I have to wrestle with my steering wheel, i dont think someone who weight around 90'pound can turn the steering wheel, thats how hard it is. What can be the cause of it?

 

If the steering becomes easier once you get some speed going, 25mph+, it could be your power steering system. It's possible that the power steering belt simply isn't grabbing or is loose, or completely fell off. I'd also check if there is any leaks or if the fluid is sufficient for your power steering pump.
