ayy i just traded my 95' civic coupe for a 92' gsr integra with a b18a1 motor in it wheni got the car the guy said that he took the car out to the races and he was riding around and the car just shut off. he said he tried to start it again and it would not start. So whenhe told me that i was guessin that he didnt have oil in the motor so it just sezed up. So when it got here i seen that the starter was broke of the tranny i dont kno how somthing lik that happens. but i kno that if tthere is no starter on the car an it is runnin and the starter breaks off then the car cutts off and i just wanted to kno if it aint the starter then what else could it be cuz i checked the bottom end and theres nothin wrong with it so can some one let me know what could be wrong please.....

 

STRANGE INFO MAN! IF THE STARTER BROKE OFF IT MAY HAVE GOTTEN HIT BY THE FLYWHEEL. IF SO YOU HAVE SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS. CAN IT BE BOLTED BACK ON OR THE CASE CRACKED? ROTATE THE CRANK BOLT WITH A SOCKET AND CHECK THE HOLE IN THE TRANNY WHERE THE STARTER GOES. SEE IF THE FLYWHEEL LOOKS STRAIGHT. GOOD LUCK
