Washing my car

I heard that I shouldn't use the brush at the car wash to clean my car because it scratches it up. Is this true?

unless you are talking about a high quality boars hair brush made for washing cars, I agree that you should stay away from brushes on paint.


sheepskin mitts are a good option. I sometimes use a long nap microfiber mitt. just keep them clean and wash from top to bottom with a good slippery soap like PB SSS.


do NOT use the brushes at pay and sprays!
